GKA Writing Studio

Program Leader: Margaret Zhang

Created in 2015, Glass Kite Anthology Writing Studio has taught creative writing nearly 100 middle and high school students from a dozen countries.

Quartz online

Program Leader: Lisa Zou

Chandler, Arizona

In 2016, a sister program to Glass Kite Anthology Writing Studio was created. Quartz has taught writing to 50+ high school and college students.

New Zealand Makers

Program Leader: Davella Tang

Auckland, New Zealand

We run weekly creative workshops at Auckland's City Central Library. Starting March 2018, we will run cooking classes every Tuesday at the Ellen Melville Centre in the CBD.

Code X

Program Leader: Elaine Yang

Cambridge, Massachusetts & Portland, Oregon

Founded by MIT students, Code X teaches coding classes to low-income students. We've been nationally recognized by Girls Illustrate Awesomeness and Hidden Figures.

Maple Syrup Hacks

Toronto, Canada

We run monthly hackathons for middle school students in the Toronto area. We also hold workshops on how to use 3D printers, Scratch, etc.

ALLgirlithm

Allgirlithm is a community of women and girls in technology. We've been featured on ReigningIt and by AI4ALL. Since summer 2017, we've reached over 800 visitors in 14 countries.

Educateen

Educateen is a group of middle school students who bring humanities programming to after-school centers in Portland and Beaverton.

HackEdu

HackEdu teaches Python, robotics, web development and game development to primary school students. 

For the Sonorous

Program Leader: Masfi Khan

Queens, New York

For the Sonorous is a literary journal dedicated to empowering women and non-binary people of color. We publish writing and art, and hold workshops to teach poetry and prose.
